  • OH HELL NO. please do not try this at home anyone. you can do serious damage to yourself.

  • Btw... What is ur opinion on this Vid

    watch?v=tX8mGt0K_JI&feature=related

@4:55 if im not mistaken its also about the neck as well. Thanks. :D

  • NIcee...!! Thumbs UP for MACHINE HEAD..!! :D

    INSANE workout btw.. ^.^

  • @666lordofabyss666 thank you. The vid you asked about I cannot find.

  • thats kinda dangerous huh..what if u slip and break your neck..

  • @freextyle100 I won't break my neck, my neck has been put through much more stress than this. Thanks for your concern.

  • Holy cow you have a super thick neck man, how much of that is genetics...I mean, sure your exercises are strengthening it but its HUGE. Did you start out with an above average girth neck ?

    Thanks

  • @trulynot I have been working my neck since I was 13. I'm not sure how much is genetics due to the skinny rail I was as a child. I looked like a human pipe cleaner with ears. If you put the time in you can gain size and strength. Thanks for your question and compliment. I teach all my neck methods on my dvd TNT neck training if you want more info. Thanks

  • thats amazing how long does it take before you can start moving side to side because right now I can only keep my head into a pillow

  • @ter57482 I'm not sure how long it will take you as I dont know your body and strengths. I suggest you start moving into it slowly and only go as far as you feel comfortable. Very shortly you will be able to do full side bends touching your ear to the mat.

    Thanks for the question

  • @dweem2009able This is an exercise I only have my advanced students perform. However if you have worked your neck as long as I have then it is a very safe way to gain strength as well as a great stretch in your neck. All wrestlers work their neck with weights and gymnastic type moves. Thanks for your comment. Keep The Faith.
