  • I agree with the statement "you can't hold the platform responsible".

  • The thing is that with Google having MILLIONS of postings it is virtually impossible to police it. I am surprised YouTube manages.

  • Italy is notorious for having a skewed and dubious legal system.

  • The kid who put of the video of course.

    In order to completely prevent this kind of stuff you would need to pre-screen all content that goes live on any Google platform, which is damn near impossible.
