  • Hmmmmm- Caroline asked for one good argument: the EPA, last week issued new regulations on dust generated during harvesting. And they are attempting to control (take away) water rights from individual farmers and ranchers. What's the next regulation on farms and rural life? Will be interesting to watch.

  • How about the Dept. of Transportation making farmers and the people driving the tractor get a CDL?

  • It has begun in Texas-Obama is already send the EPA here telling Farmers that they can't use their own land and their own Lakes-cause they are declared wet lands and bird sanctuaries-REALLY-the Feds are eliminating American's food sources-outright confiscation of YOUR land is coming next.

  • @libertydogfight

Are they reimbursing those farmers for the land? If so, I see no problem at all. We're facing serious ecological collapses and even if we conserve land at a fast rate we still won't avert disaster. Unfortunately, the way humans use land- agriculturally, industrially, commercially, residentially, militarily, transportationally, etc. is just NOT sustainable. Without the wilderness intact, we will surely die and face serious collapses of our agricultural system.

  • USA farms are moving to mexico anyway. Even though the failed ethenol plan crashed they still want farms to leave USA and USA to grow only corn.

That is tantamount to treason for USA not to grow its own food. We truly are inching towards this crappy new world order. Our economic default crashing on purpose so the dollar is on par with the renminbi/yuan and India.

  • STOP LISTENING TO FOX NEWS PROPAGANDA.

Read the executive order for yourself, Fox News is completely making shit up about it:

    " gpo. gov /fdsys/pkg/DCPD-201100431/pdf/DCPD-201100431. pdf "

Fox is just trying to appeal to conspiracy theorists to further their own agenda.

  • @IngeniousEpithet

    10-4 appreciate it

  • @TheGrowingAwareness

No problem! There are plenty of things about the establishment that are scary enough without blatantly lying for partisan gain.

The rule of thumb remains- WHATEVER THEY TELL YOU, DON'T LISTEN TO FOX NEWS!

    Over n' out. 8)

  • @IngeniousEpithet

How naive can you get!? EO 13575 clearly gives the government unlimited power over rural lands, completely in line with the Agenda 21 protocol. Fox got it right: This is a blatant over-reaching of government interference.

Obama is the worst president this country has ever had, and he has yet to do one thing that the American majority supports (identical to his career in Illinois). He's a corrupt, socialist puppet.

  • @keytothecopperscroll

Read the actual Executive Order... then quote for me exactly where it "gives the government unlimited power over rural lands"...

Keep in mind... you're talking to an Anarchist, so I'm not exactly trustworthy of government... however, I hate lies, especially the Fox News brand.

  • @IngeniousEpithet

..."this order establishes a council to better coordinate Federal programs and maximize the impact of Federal investment to promote economic prosperity and quality of life in our rural communities"...

Show me in the above quote (found in Section 1 of the Order) where is says that the Government DOES not and CAN not exercise unlimited authority over rural lands.

It actually uses the term "maximize the impact", indicating the intent of the order - to have full control.

  • @keytothecopperscroll

I'm sorry... but you'd make a terrible lawyer. That in NO WAY awards full control of rural lands to the president. IN FACT, all the executive order seems to support is creating a council to assist in deciding the best way to FUND farmers and their operations. Notice how it says federal INVESTMENT to PROMOTE ECONOMIC PROSPERITY and quality of life in rural communities? That means government subsidies/assistance to rural communities and NOT control.

  • @IngeniousEpithet

    You'll see....

  • @keytothecopperscroll

So you're just going on blind faith here? Believing what you want to believe? If you don't seek ultimate truth, you're lost, period.

  • @IngeniousEpithet You are a naive fool. How about we don't WANT their strings attached funding? MOST small farmers receive no subsidies. And since when has the federal government's involvement in anything made it better? That blonde is a fool and a tool. You don't farm do you? I bet you never even plucked your own chicken or know zip about producing food, just that it comes from the store. And since WHEN is a program like this put in place by an EO anyway? Idiots.

  • @patriotgoatmam

So you're listening to everything the propagandists tell you at Fox News and somehow I'M naive?? I actually READ THE DAMN EXECUTIVE ORDER and somehow I'm naive? Get your shit together. There's plenty of terrible things the government does without having to make shit up. The more you lie, the more you believe what you want instead of what is, the less righteous you become. You must PROVE your claims before you can expect people to get up in arms with you... otherwise you're duped

  • @IngeniousEpithet & all the subsidies they have provided for big agribusiness has led to toxic food h t t p : / / articles dot mercola(dot)com/sites/articles/archive/2011/08/03/the-9-foods-the-us-government-is-paying-you-to-eat dot aspx Anytime government meddles in, you get worse consequences. History has shown that. Just cos it SAYS it's "to promote economic prosperity" doesn't mean that's what they're going to do. Most likely economic prosperity for big agribusiness, not for the small farmers

  • @YourOasis97

Now this is probably more likely, however, the executive order is fairly vague and nowhere near as alarming as Faux News makes it out to be.

Both governments and markets are guilty of terrible things, can we all admit this?

  • @IngeniousEpithet you mean corporations and monopolies? yes, them too. but free markets are good if the government doesn't over regulate it. this bill, like you just said is extremely vague and because of it lawyers and government officials can interpret it as they see fit. this just seems to me like another power grab, to control farmers. so yes it is dangerous cos it can affect what we eat. the more meddlesome a government becomes, the more tyrannical it becomes. history shows us that.

  • @YourOasis97

Ahh, we've already seen what an unregulated market does... it's terrible. Regulation came BECAUSE OF failures of the market- child labor, terrible/dangerous working conditions, terrible pay/no benefits, long hours for workers, environmental destruction/resource depletion, pollution, disease/poisoning/sickness from pollution/products, etc. etc. If we are to implement free markets, we MUST dismantle our current markets ENTIRELY and start fresh, otherwise we'll have economic tyranny.

  • @IngeniousEpithet I meant OVER regulation like what kind of lid to use on a product, BS like that. It drives people out of business and out of a job. It's why small businesses can't compete with corporations. Too much useless paperwork to fill out. Free markets work, economically speaking. I'm not talking about job conditions. As for the executive order: 1) No president should be allowed to do that since unconstitutional anyway, its like a monarch's order. 2) An executive order already gives

  • @IngeniousEpithet the president more power than he needs and 3) this council/government will be given more power because of it regulating farmers and driving them out of business giving leeway to the 5 corporations who control the agribusiness for the entire world to continue their control. Do you want that, really? Cos you should be scared. This has nothing to do with Obama and the left vs right BS. Every time the government meddles in, it gets worse. Look at Medicare/Medicaid.

  • @YourOasis97

Well sure... I'm not arguing that there aren't examples of over-regulation or frivolous/excessive regulations. HOWEVER, the presence of excessive regulations in one area does not mean that it exists on all fronts. In fact, there are MANY examples of too few/weak regulations; which would protect us and limit corporations/businesses from exploiting/harming people or the environment. It's about implementing intelligent regulation... the kind which BENEFITS the small guys most.

  • @IngeniousEpithet yes it does. we are OVERLY regulated today. did you know that during the 19th century the free market was not regulated and that was the time when more people became prosperous than in any other time in our history? and since when does government care about the small guy? I trust them about as much as I'd trust a rapist, a murderer, or a thief.

  • @YourOasis97

You need to read Upton Sinclair's "The Jungle". You obviously aren't aware of the very real evils of unregulated industrial markets... that's the ENTIRE REASON why unions, environmental/consumer regulations, and workers rights were instituted... by WORKERS, CONSUMERS, AND VICTIMS of (usually big) business exploiting them, the environment, and chasing profit at any cost. When profit is the main driver of system, this will NOT necessarily or usually benefit humans/ecosystems.

  • @IngeniousEpithet I understand that and I'm for that but if the Constitution was respected in the first place it wouldn't be a problem. But what you don't seem to understand is OVER-regulation, like banning incadescent light bulbs in favor of more harmful ones that hardly light at all, and BIG GOVERNMENT. have you not read 1984 or watched 1984? The bigger a government gets the more corrupt it gets and the more it abuses it's power. And what false allegations of Obama?

  • @YourOasis97

I AM AN ANARCHIST. I TRUST GOVERNMENT LESS THAN YOU DO. But seriously, c'mon... banning incandescent light bulbs is NOT tyranny, not even close. Did YOU read/watch 1984?? Because Winston Smith was NOT bitching about light bulbs, he was lamenting the constant surveillance, police, military, wealth-stratified, rigidly controlled, propaganda state of the story. I am also intelligent enough to realize that CERTAIN REGULATIONS HAVE HELPED THE PEOPLE VERSUS THOSE WHO HARM US.

  • @IngeniousEpithet I am aware of unregulated BUSINESSES but NOT markets. big difference.

  • @YourOasis97

The problem for small businesses isn't government, per se, the problem is that larger economic entities (i.e. corporations) have taken over our government and used it as their puppet when they desire. We COULD enact regulations which prevent/limit the power of corporations to influence our government, we could also take away corporate welfare/subsidies and give more to struggling small businesses. Decentralized free markets work if they look NOTHING LIKE our current system.

  • @IngeniousEpithet Yes, I agree. I was about to say government works with corporations to enact regulations in favor of corporations so essentially BOTH are to blame.

  • @YourOasis97

Ok, so we're on the same page. So have you ever considered that a lack of regulation PREVENTING big business from taking over government would actually be a good thing? That's what I'm saying... regulation which unnecessarily hurts the little guy is nobody's friend, but what we have is a combination of hurting the little guys and leaving the big guys alone or even assisting them to insane/unnecessary degrees. We have a plutocracy, the government is a puppet for PRIVATE interests.

  • @IngeniousEpithet Yes government is a puppet. It has been taken over by corporations and the banking elite, sadly. Obeying the constitution would help too and that law making a corporation be treated like a person was the biggest mistake in my opinion. My issue with this executive order is that it's creating another bureaucracy and more regulation when we need less of it. You know the Soviets were ruled by bureaucracies? And why does the department of defense and homeland security need to be a

  • @YourOasis97

Ok cool, so we agree that corporate personhood is completely terrible and needs to be revoked. Listen... once again, this executive order might not be the best thing in the world, but my point is that it's FAR from what Fox News is saying about it. And EVERY government is ruled by bureaucracy... it's an inescapable fact of nation-states and centralized governments no matter their stripe. That's a tiny reason why I'm an Anarchist.

  • @IngeniousEpithet part of it?? Shouldn't people question that and raise a few eyebrows? WHY do those departments have to be a part of it? Too much regulations and fees to install this or that and getting a fine if you don't is what's making people get out of small businesses. And believe me they're not going to help the small guy in the rural communities if recent history has anything to say about it. Mark my words. We'll just have to agree to disagree.

  • @YourOasis97

You're trying to argue with me over whether this executive order will actually HELP farming towns... I never said it would, all I'm saying is that it's not some Orwellian power grab by Obama. It's probably just another bureaucracy, as you've said. Whether or not it's beneficial is yet to be seen... I wouldn't be surprised either way.

  • @YourOasis97

As for executive orders in general... I'm not aware of the full history, you may or may not be correct that it's unconstitutional. However, when we're talking about this SPECIFIC executive order, I see nothing nefarious about it, it's quite benign and there is no evidence that it can or will be used to punish small farmers or even benefit big agribusiness. And trust me- I'm an environmentalist, and we fucking DESPISE big agribusiness (i.e. Monsanto). Fox News is bullshitting hard.

  • @IngeniousEpithet yes it is unconstitutional since no where in the constitution does it say a president can make an executive order. just read it for yourself. just cos other presidents have done it doesn't make it okay unless you like living under a monarchy cos that's what it sounds like and MORE government bureaucracy creates bigger messes. it's just common sense and shown in our history. there is no proof of it...YET. like I said, we (or at least I) have no reason to trust them

  • @YourOasis97

Once again, that may very well be. From what I remember, Bush issued an unbelievable record high number of executive orders, effectively rendering Congressional checks and balances all but null and void. EITHER party shares in the blame if they engage in unconstitutional behavior/policies. And keep in mind, I'm not a huge fan of Obama... he's proven to be a compromising corporatist, hardly a pro-people leftist in many ways. But I can't let false allegations of him to continue.

  • @YourOasis97

The myth that "every time the government meddles in, it gets worse" is silly. I'm an Anarchist and I realize that. Certainly governments are corrupt and tyrannical... nobody's really arguing that. However, for you to rail against government corruption and then mention Medicare/Medicaid as an example of that?? Are you living on another PLANET man?? Medicare/Medicaid are actually quite successful/liked by the people who receive aid. They're good programs, just sabotaged by big biz.

  • @IngeniousEpithet I meant government is flawed especially BIG government. I know we need some sort of control in society by of a government but do you know how flawed Medicare/Medicaid? How corrupt it's become?? People abuse the system and steal other people's accounts to buy things for them when that person themselves don't need it or ever used it to buy it. People have used my grandmother's account before to order things for themselves. And no, the elderly are not liking it. Most think it

  • @IngeniousEpithet it needs to be improved. As for free stuff, the first thing you learn in economics is "there is no such thing as a free lunch." As for universal health care, ours is going to be modeled after the British system and I don't know if you know they're making cuts like crazy to it now. So why use it if they're gonna make cuts later? Social programs are flawed in that if the economy goes down, they cut those programs first. I don't see the "common sense" of it. If we didn't

  • @YourOasis97

Just because there are some problems with Medicare/Medicaid doesn't mean that they aren't good programs. It also doesn't mean that these programs don't help a LOT OF PEOPLE, which they do. That's why the right-wing has elderly people frothing at the mouth saying things like "KEEP YOUR GOVERNMENT HANDS OFF MY MEDICARE"... they don't realize that medicare is a GOVERNMENT PROGRAM that helps them. Universal health care can be the SAME, it can help a LOT of people if it isn't sabotaged.

  • @YourOasis97

Nobody's saying there's a free lunch. IN FACT, people PAY for their Meidcare/Medicaid/Social Security... and the RIGHT-WING and to an extent the center-left, has slowly chipped away at these programs, purposely defunding them and sabotaging them. Then they have the nerve to say "LOOK EVERYONE! THESE PROGRAMS AREN'T WORKING! YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY! WE SHOULD SCRAP THEM..." when it was THEIR FAULT in the first place for causing the programs to fail. Corporate influence is heavy.

  • @IngeniousEpithet You know Social Security is going to be bankrupt soon. What do we do then, eh? The social programs we have are very flawed. They need to fixed and changed completely if you want it to work better. If we take out central banking, go back to gold and silver as legal tender or at least paper money backed by gold we won't even need social security. And if we change the financial system completely, with less regulations, we might not need medicare/medicaid cos it'd be cheaper.

  • @YourOasis97

Social security will be solvent until about 2040. That's plenty of time to save it, if it ISN'T saved, then that's not a problem with social security, that's a problem with our government not doing what it takes to pay the people our fuckin money back when we can't work anymore. As for changing to a gold/silver standard, who knows... even that is just a fictitious value, just as money is. I'm against the Federal Reserve too, but our entire civilization is unsustainable...

  • @YourOasis97

The problem with private insurance is NOT that these companies pay too much in taxes or suffer from over-regulation. Insurance companies are guilty of profiteering and virtually stealing our money and then deciding how they'll dole out medical care. They will do this EVEN MORE in a de-regulated market because nobody will be stopping them from bilking the consumer... and voting with your dollar is not democracy when EVERY company is doing it. Universal health care works great abroad

  • @IngeniousEpithet think about it: what good is social security and retirement savings if by the time you retire it's worth less than when you started and the government is bankrupt? we need COMPLETE change of this government system, and the idea of what government should and should not do. we need to treat the root cause not the symptoms. and blaming parties will not solve it either, it's just wasting more time.

  • @YourOasis97

Well I agree that the whole system needs to be changed at the roots. However, let's not cut peoples crucial health/food/welfare benefits FIRST. Why don't we cut CORPORATE welfare, the military, the police, and all the other corporate/police-state/authoritarian budgets first? If we are to change the system radically, people will need assistance during a transition, and taking peoples' medicine/food away will only make things much worse.

  • @YourOasis97

So wait... you're saying that because there might be cuts later, we shouldn't implement common-sense safety nets for those who TRULY NEED them?? The problem is an IMBALANCED BUDGET, not healthcare. At the moment, medical care is much more useful to Americans than a goliath military budget. Cut the military. Cut corporate welfare. Raise taxes on the super-rich, they certainly don't deserve the amount of wealth they've gamed the system to amass.

  • @YourOasis97

Keep in mind... some of the ONLY good things a government can do for its people are to provide FREE access to common-sense things like medical care, higher education, etc. Other countries (i.e. Germany, France, Canada, Scandinavia) have implemented universal healthcare with GREAT success/results... and those countries are actually FREER than we Americans are. Universal health-care is NOT tyranny. Tyranny is militarism, police/surveillance states, secrecy, authoritarianism, etc.

  • @IngeniousEpithet have the kind of financial system and government system we have it could work. or we might not need it at all since the health insurance and medical coverage would be so much cheaper with less regulations and if we did a total reversal of the financial system. i read that in a medical journal by the way. yes tyranny erupts from both governments and big business but you're confusing corporations with markets. they're not the same thing. and you're really blinded by the Fox logo

  • @YourOasis97

Where is the proof that health insurance would be cheaper (with maintained quality) without any regulations?? That's insane ideologically-driven talk that is not based in reality. The reality is that the health insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies are deep in our Congress' pockets, these companies WANT less regulations, that's why this whole anti-regulation fervor is going on right now... it's NOT to help you and I, it's to convince you to help THEM at your own expense.

  • @IngeniousEpithet As for health insurace: Obama has Medicare dead with his Obamacare in a year or two or at least by 2014 when that begins. He already took 500 billion from it to finance obamacare. There are countless dead people collecting it, all kinds of people collecting that don't belong in it, and many others collecting from Medicare that don't exist. It has to change.

  • @YourOasis97

Nobody's saying that people who cheat the system shouldn't be stopped. HOWEVER, the VAST MAJORITY of people who use Medicare/Medicaid actually NEED it, they're honest people who need help and these programs genuinely help them in a way they can't help themselves. It's just reality. The amount of "dead people" taking money from these systems is probably not enough to make a dent, either way, nobody wants that to happen, and it doesn't have to.

  • @YourOasis97

Corporations are part of markets, and markets can be tyrannical upon humans and other species, there is nothing inherently preventing this, especially when profit/consumption is the main motive above all else.

  • @IngeniousEpithet republicans vs. democrats BS since they're all the same and the party system was created to divide the people. so you're not winning me over with that argument. Most likely this Order will force rural communities out of the rural area and into the cities. How? Again by losing jobs and farms thanks to regulations and more subsidies from government to corporations. Quite simple.

  • @YourOasis97

You can say "most likely" the executive order will do this or that... but it has NOT been demonstrated to any remote degree that it will be used to do all the evil/tyrannical things that Fox News claims it will. They're blatantly lying without even reading the E.O. why can't you admit that? And even so... if this executive order leads to small farmers losing out and big corporations gaining, Fox News will inevitably find some way to defend it and make it seem good. It's propaganda.

  • @IngeniousEpithet How are they lying when like you say it has not even happened yet. And I have read the E.O. and it's VERY vague and that alone raises eyebrows when you should know any lawyer can interpret it and twist it around for their own use. I DON'T CARE IF FOX REPORTED IT. GET OVER THAT. ALL MEDIA LIES. IT IS CONTROLLED BY A SMALL FEW. But this time they're on to something from what I know and what I DO KNOW IS HISTORY. As for regulations, yes we need some but the

  • @YourOasis97

They're lying because they're making wild/insane claims about an executive order when the actual executive order does NOTHING that Fox News says it does. Fox News cannot be trusted, they're all about exaggeration and lies, it's best NEVER to get information from them at all. They're probably not onto something, simple as that.

  • @IngeniousEpithet health care is TOO REGULATED. ever heard of too much being a bad thing? remember, more regulations means more expense is passed on to the consumer. common sense. plus it drives a wedge between the doctor and patient. The rest of what I said may be irrelevant to you but it;s not cos you brought it up and it IS RELEVANT cos until we change the system nothing will change for the better. I didn't mention it as a fact but as a VERY likelihood. Quit putting words

  • @YourOasis97

HOW is healthcare too regulated?? It isn't regulated ENOUGH as far as insurance is concerned. Do you realize there are over 50 million people uninsured?? Do you realize that insurance companies ALREADY HAVE death panels? Do you realize that insurance companies drive a wedge between doctors/patients FAR MORE than any universal health care would?? Just look at other countries (Canada, France, Germany, Scandinavia) and their systems, TRULY research them (and not on propaganda blogs).

  • @IngeniousEpithet in my mouth. THIS is why it raises eyebrows ppjg(dot)wordpress(dot)com/2011/08/01/the-usda%E2%80%99s-incestuous-relationship-with-the-rural-council-the-united-nations/

    and this: ppjg(dot)wordpress(dot)com/2011/07/18/the-quiet-coup-the-implementation-of-agenda-21/

If you don't know the dangerous implications of Agenda 21 then you should your homework but otherwise we're done and we'll have to agree to disagree I have nothing else to say.

  • @YourOasis97

I've heard of Agenda 21... and it seems like a lot of paranoid exaggeration. Have you ever actually READ agenda 21? It deals with a lot of environmental issues that are INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT if we are to survive as a species over the next century or two. What specific parts of it do you have a problem with??

  • @IngeniousEpithet by the way the fact you trust this E.O. to spend money wisely despite how our government let the Fed spend OUR money on corporations, banks and foreign banks, devaluing our dollar, thus inflating prices shows your gulliblity. You keep blaming corporations but not the government despite know how corrupt it is. Governments let the corruption happen. This E.O. is a sign of our sovereignty eroding away. Only farmers KNOW and should be the only ones to do that

  • @YourOasis97

I'M NOT SAYING I TRUST THE E.O. I'M SAYING IT'S PROBABLY VERY BLAND and comes nowhere near the lies Fox News slaps on it.

  • @YourOasis97

Oh and I almost forgot- tyranny is ALSO control of the masses with markets, Wall St., money, top-down corporate structures, scarcity/inequality, jobs/wage-slavery, and privatizing public lands/services for the profit of one small group of people and shutting out the rest of us who have a right to our land/services that WE paid for. Tyranny erupts from BOTH governments and markets... and ANY system which concentrates power/wealth in a hierarchical manner.

  • @YourOasis97

As for the executive order... I still don't even see where it gives the president power... it's simply a call for creating a council that determines how funds are spent. This is hardly a slippery slope, there are much more terrible things going on and Fox News is grasping at straws in order to demonize Obama, even if it means lying outright (which they constantly do). This whole executive order scare is a fraud, period.

  • @IngeniousEpithet Tell me if it was some others news station or independent media saying the same thing would you believe it then? How funds are spent? I can't believe you would trust this government on how funds we're spent. That right there should tell you where this is headed considering how they've spent our money printing money out of thin air, devaluing the dollar, and bailing out banks, corporations, foreign countries and foreign banks and look the mess we're still in. You amaze me.

  • @YourOasis97

After having read the actual executive order? NO. I've seen PLENTY of sites that sensationalize things, even the odd occasion on sites that I typically agree with. I prefer to DO THE HOMEWORK and figure it out for myself, and no matter what media outlet perpetrates a lie, I will be disappointed and seek to correct it. Fox just happens to be the shameless kings of spin/lies/propaganda; while ironically calling themselves "fair and balanced"... my assss.

  • @YourOasis97

Whether or not I trust the government on how funds are spent is an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT QUESTION from the actual results of this executive order. Unless we have proof, we are merely speculating and bullshitting, and even to ME, and I trust the government very little, the executive order doesn't sound nefarious; in fact it sounds pretty boring/benign. And until we see the results of the order, we cannot say for sure. As for the rest of what you said, it's IRRELEVANT to this topic.

  • @IngeniousEpithet Most likely the funds will be spent in favor of Big Agribusiness and MORE regulations for the small farmers. Government is in bed with them. Remember that. And I'll tell you what an executive order means: it's an ORDER meaning it's like a king telling you what to do. You HAVE to do it or else. It's not voted or even considered by the people or Congress. That sounds like a monarchy to me and I don't know about you but I don't like taking orders especially if it was not voted on.

  • @YourOasis97

Once again... you cannot speculate, you must await the results and THEN criticize or accept them. You cannot sit there and take a boring/vague E.O. and claim the fucking sky is falling; then when the sky doesn't fall, you look like an ass. If you are patient and scientific about it, you will be correct either way. That's how a logical person works, you can have your fears, but don't voice them as if they're facts, especially in the face of very un-damning events.

  • @IngeniousEpithet yes there are other important things going on but this is important too. why? cos it can affect COMMUNITIES, FARMERS, OUR FOOD, unless you think that's not important. i don't watch the news on TV so I'm surprised Fox is even reporting on this cos most haven't. The fact that it is VERY vague, the document and executive order should raise eyebrows since there are no specifics and they can interpret it as they see fit. I don't care if they demonize Obama cos I don't buy into the

  • @YourOasis97

Should it REALLY raise eyebrows?? Have you studied other executive orders, their contents, and their results? Unless and until you have, you cannot speculate on this particular one simply because Fox is making a fuckin stink about it. For all you know, this could be a run-of-the-mill executive order that might actually go to helping farming communities a little bit. Why the hell does it ALWAYS have to be a big conspiracy? It isn't always like that, focus on what you KNOW.

  • @IngeniousEpithet And I do not make a stink about cos Fox says so I make a stink about it on my own. You just don't get it, you don't understand the constitution and what it means. executive orders should have no place in this. Executive Order 9066, where Franklin D. Roosevelt delegated military authority to remove any or all people (used to target specifically Japanese Americans and German Americans) in a military zone. The authority delegated to General John L. DeWitt

  • @IngeniousEpithet The authority delegated to General John L. DeWitt subsequently paved the way for all Japanese-Americans on the West Coast to be sent to internment camps for the duration of World War II. Executive Order 13233, which restricted public access to the papers of Presidents Reagan and George H.W. Bush, was more recently criticised by the Society of American Archivists and other groups, stating that it "violates both the spirit and letter of existing US law

  • @IngeniousEpithet on access to presidential papers as clearly laid down in 44 USC. 2201–07," and adding that the order "potentially threatens to undermine one of the very foundations of our nation." It is quite common for US Presidents to issue executive orders that instruct federal agencies to promulgate administrative regulations in order to circumvent the legislative process in the US Congress altogether, though, as alluded to above, this can violate the US Constitution

  • @IngeniousEpithet in a number of ways." And that is why it should raise eyebrows and why I don't approve of Executive Orders. Why did they make THIS an executive order instead of passing it through Congress? That alone sounds suspicious to me. But Agenda 21 is what it seems it's linked to and that's even more worrying. This is what Agenda 21 means: thenewamerican(dot)com/index(dot)php/tech-mainmenu-30/environment/6235-your-hometown-a-the-united-nations-agenda-21

  • @IngeniousEpithet but I've already wasted too much of my time with you cos you're hopeless&will never understand until it is too late and will probably not read what I linked to. You keep believing what you want to believe&prefer to believe in "experts." My experience has shown me that if we waste time waiting for the government to fix our problems it'll be too late to fix it ourselves. You fail to see the big picture of it all but I hope you do before it goes *really* downhill

  • @YourOasis97

Oh my god... I NEVER SAID that I loved executive orders. They may very well be unconstitutional. HOWEVER, we're talking about ONE specific one, and in the grand scheme of things, this executive order is pretty damn benign. Period. As for Agenda 21 again... why don't you look at the people who originally railed against it... it looks to me like the conspiracy may be the other way around. Agenda 21 might be a GOOD thing that actually kicks some corporate ass, but...

  • @YourOasis97

...corporations and right-wing think-tanks have demonized Agenda 21 in order to maintain profitable business as usual and without putting too many constraints on polluters and exploiters of natural resources. I've seen it time and time again... anything environmentally motivated is demonized for trying to "control the world" and kill people off. But when you actually study it, it says NOTHING of killing people off nor of controlling people via some despotic government.

  • @YourOasis97

Your link there is to the New American magazine. That magazine is owned by the John Birch Society... you might wanna research them a bit before you bite off what they're handing to you.

  • @YourOasis97

BTW, I read most of the article you linked. There's some interesting stuff there one ridiculous fines on some California businesses, which sucks and is an example of TOO HARSH regulation on a business that had no idea it existed, that should not happen, I agree. However, the rest of the article very weakly quotes Agenda 21 and then makes wild links to trying to control the world as some despotic world government, but it's not quite that, the UN has no REAL power.

  • @YourOasis97

As for Agenda 21's implications... we really DO need to become more sustainable YESTERDAY and part of that means we have to stop doing some things we're doing, as much of a buzzkill that might be. We deserve freedom, but freedom is not destroying the planet on which we live... that affects us all and we're taking freedom/life from other humans/species when we mutually destroy ecosystems. I don't know if Agenda 21 is the best way to go about it, but it's not what that article says.

  • @keytothecopperscroll

And in my humble opinion... farm subsidies are a bit out of control as it is.

  • She really is blonde...

  • Not on my watch. Psycho hooligans.

  • All of you "truthers" should think long and hard on why MSM is journeying into Alex Jones-Land. Alternative media is not what you think it is.

  • @LifePsyop

I agree completely ... it is another staged mis-info .. playing both sides ... that is how the secret societies work

  • damn this chick is a fucking moron....see oh you're one of those conspiracy theorist..yes!! fuck you, you won't be laughing when all this comes to pass in the wide open....sift through the fear mongering and you will see the light..I used to think Agenda 21 was fear mongering but it's coming to fruition..

  • Totally the NEW MILITARY POLICE are here to protect us! Hahaha riiiiiight...

  • Let us not all forget that the Amercan farmer has consistently and continually gotten the short end of the stick over the decades. Outward appearances aside, 99% are not wealthy, some barely hanging on. They are masters at using what they have to survive, and many are not surviving. They have no control over prices paid to them for their product. Perhaps there would be more of them if it were profitable? I hope that if the government takes over our food source, they don't screw us all.

  • the UN stated (in 1948 if memory serves) that farming is too important to be left to farmers...the whole fucking world is deep shit now, and that blonde piece of shit is the dissonance we can all do without.

  • Powerful video of where the world ~ ONE world is headed. Do an internet search on ~ 10212011EndsIT ~ May God have Mercy on us ALL~!

  • @Rapture5212011 And while they're at it, they should check out your channel that has nothing but the rapture predictions for May 21st 2011! Haaahahahahaaa.

  • $#@! You, Obama. Sincerely, ME!

  • This communist regime can't be RID soon enough. Treason at the highest level

  • Back in USSR...

  • By all means don't let the one dissenting voice on the panel actually SAY anything. Cut her off at every opportunity. Real "fair and balanced", aren't we?

  • they actually had a liberal on the panel-does MSNBC do that? No, they have their own libtards like Chris Matthews calling patriotic Americans 'terrorists'. You can easily see what's going on. My guess is, that if Obama gets re-elected in 2012, (heaven forbid), he would try to seek a 3rd, 4th term as dictator of the United States of America. He might change our name to the United Socialist States of America, but that might be hard to pass in Congress. Wake up people on the left.

  • This is SCARY, I have contacted my Republican Representative. It is NO where on his radar (that doesn't suprise me). Congress sitting on its ass and BO running wild with XO's taking all kinds of rights. This is the hill on which I will Stand and Fight. These Bastards are coming, his Big Guns are taking aim at us and the US. Crash is coming.

  • First of all the SUPERNATURAL God of the many "religions" does not exist. Now, the next step...The Dawn of Intelligence....Wake up America...before it's too late...please read my work...all of it...Search Wildman Walker's blog...peace and blue skies to all...

  • Provided the blond is right as to her response to order 13575 Rural Council; If it continues to be law of the Land! & a near future President resides in Obamas after-math & If it stays in effective thru time portals? where or what is next? Can we the people be expected to trust that all is well in Say China as well? You tell me? We are know they have an Air-Craft Carrier and 60 submarines.

  • @anmlmutha No, hes continuing the same policies as bush. You just think hes not because you only get your news from one side. Hes passed every tax cut and defense bill before him so far and hes still pandering to the repubs. Go and look up cantroled opposition, thats what is going on in washington. The repubs are filibustering over abortion or over a 2% tax cut for 100000000$ plus household incomes while ignoring what matters to 98% of americans.

  • Check it out for yourselves: Monsanto's CEO is also Lockheed Martin's CEO and a member of the CFR. Robert J Stevensis the man you should be investigating.

in case you didn't know, Monsanto provides +90% of america's seeds and rural suplies, and Lockheed Martin is the world's second weapon dealer.

  • Is this partial or whole agenda for the current huge man made flooding of the central states? Because this would surely be an affective device utilized with running farmers off their land via some timely&handy so called natural disaster to only later confiscate those abandoned farms themselves.

With doing this. they probably wont have to pay these poor farmers one red penny..

  • Fox news spent 15 years making fun of everyone who said ANYTHING like this.

  • This is how they will formally go to war with organic farmers. Monsanto is restless and is resorting to open war.

And dont get me wrong they will also affect other aspects but I'll bet my lucky socks they will go after organic farmers.

  • You've got to admit though..... She's got some rockin tits!

  • ...but Casey Anthony was acquitted of murderrrrrrrrrrrrr!

  • They put a blond white chick up for the brothas.

  • Fox News helped to distract the nation with the Wiener drama.

  • @anmlmutha Minority or majority, it doesnt mean they cant be wrong. Just because alot of people believe something doesnt mean theres truth to it, be careful when appealing to the majority.

  • In central CA, under the guise of environmental protection, the government is bankrupting farmers by cutting the amount of water they can use on their fields.

  • lie,cheat,steal...nothing has changed...

  • OMG - that bitch is SO asleep. No hope for her this time around...

  • That blonde is a dumb bitch who is clueless. I want the hardcore Tyranny to start already so these stupid idiots can wake up already.

  • The US to me is like pre-war Germany.

It used to be God bless America.

    Now it`s God help America.

  • Ben Ferguson expresses the same concerns... and that Caroline Heldman, bitch... doesn't have any valid points... Everything the Gov't touches turns to shit... Another great depression with food as the weapon. Everyone is force to eat GMO's. Everyone gets weak or sick from nutrition deficiency. This leads to ... enslavement.

  • @OCSnowBoarder isnt that already happening with the instructed floride additories to water, and the regulation of ingrediants and chemicals, FDA, EPA for air, OSHA for workplace under a pretence of safty??? not sure here, sheep for soo long but it sounds conective.

  • @cobhcmofo313 Just sickening. The state needs to blitzkrieg the gov't all at once. States need to use null and void clause in the U.S. Constitution or it's game over. Prep double time.

  • my guess is that perhaps there is coal/oil under some of that land. this would force a person to mine/drill for coal/oil if it existed. "best use" of land.

  • Holy Hell on Earth. What is going on? I just about can't take it anymore. This is going to end so badly....and though I know that God Almighty has a plan, I worry about what happens in the meantime...It is a runaway government. And I am freaking scared.

  • @Asymmatrix Obama and Bush are both active players in destroying freedoms in this country.

  • @MrMemoryslot Not according to Faux

    REVOLT talk about a revolution

  • I really enjoy your videos, but please stop the auto pausing. I've forwarded a lot of your videos but people complain that they aren't working, so I have to explain to them that you auto pause. Other than that.....keep up the good work.
