its very easy for you to say kneel them down and shoot them when you have no connection to this. you just here about it and see it on TV. but i know 1 of the guys on death row. he was just a teenager when he got caught with a teenagers mindset. he made a horrible mistake but does not deserve to have his life terminated,when rapist get let off everyday, he should be sent back to OZ, even serve out a life sentence but not die. but if you go to another country u cannot tell me you do not know if you transport drugs from a country that has a death penalty law you can think you can be helped by australian law i do not belief in the death penalty but did they really think if they got caught they would get a slap on the wrist because there foreigner's just lucky it isnt my family i guess because i can be biast like this or id have been over there and took my child back my ownway

It would be of no use to excute these people. I strongly disagree with the death penalty. It makes people believe in everything that is wrong with our planet and every government who has capital punishment needs jesus. It is murder and anybody who says its "an eye for an eye" for any case of any country is just as bad as the convict

I'd like to disagree with the death penalty, but the more i think about it i view the issue as some people are cancer of society. Heroin destroys more people's lives than terrorism. what I am trying to say is, people who try to smuggle heroin and intentionally destroy the lives of people for profit; what use would society have for them? what could they do to help society flourish in any way?

I agree with you regarding the death penalty there are some people on this planet who have committed such atrocious acts that it's impossible to forgive them and they deserve the death penalty. But there's also that mi-nute possibility that people are innocent of certain crime convictions and innocently get sentenced to death. @Persicanada I'd like to disagree with the death penalty, too. I have a friend who says he's sick of living and he'd rather be dead already because he's 80 and thinks that's long enough.

I have another friend and he thinks he might live to be 130 but thinks that he'll eventually die.

The first person who will live to be 300 years old has already been born.

So the death penalty cannot be avoided, we all have to do it sometime, even if not yet.

@Persicanada Well for starters they could get clean and seek rehabilitation.

Once you've gone through something like this you can obviously join a charity, church or community group and speak to teens about hard drugs and the dangers involved.

Hollywood glamorises society's excess and has a tolerant stance when portraying hard drugs in movies

Some of these movies can be excellent but certain kids don't have the brains or responsible guidance to understand right from wrong, it's sad but true.
