oh cool that totally makes sense. That's some good advice! I always thought the best voice recorders for catching evps were expensive ones but a cheap one that creates a lot of white noise to catch evps is a great idea!

A couple weeks ago I saw a full body apperision of a cat at like 10:00 at night while playing Unreal. I had 2 cats and 1 died 2 months ago. I actually heard an EVP of it meowing(I heard it with my own ears and not on a recording). It was amazing. My sister didn't believe me but I swear it was an apperision.

i had something strange happen to me, these balls of light kept flying in front of me and accross my room since then i've gotten an evp of a girl clear as day saying "please stop" and the smell of sulfer. I'd wake up to my hair being tugged or what seemes to be fingers running through my hair im not creeped out by this nor am I scared because who or what ever is in my room has no reason to hurt me.

In the old times a family of 5 lived in it and you can see them standing and walking at night. @InTheMist03200 im not bitter same goes with ghost hunters. they all get popular and sellout to some tv station and once they run thier course on tv thats it. as for my team and i we're not trying to get famous by going to the media. all we're doing is compiling all of our previous evidence from cases in the past and are in the process of making 2 documentaries. as of right now my paranormal team is #1 in nevada and GA is from nevada so no bitterness on this end lol.

I grew up in a house that was haunted. When I was young I remember laying on the bed and these voices shouting at me. I covered my ears and I clearly remember hearing a dominant male's voice shouting at me. I was around 4 years old. From there, things continued on until my parents sold that house.

Just wondering... do u guys at all doubt that this is real? Not hating or anything, but do u know how easy it is to put something like that on video? How would u know that their ghost recorder is right? To me it sounds like static with a little noise and they put subtitles about what it sounds like. I'm 13 and allready i've been on 3 paranormal investigations. I've had light anomalies, camera and equipment drained or freezed, lights going on and off, stuff thrown at us, class A evps like for example 'Hey, Bro, What are you saying?' But in Spain there's not much paranormal activity or haunted places. I only go to the Conmeniño School. I'd like to work with Zak, Nick, Aaron and go Stateside. I caught something on my DVR in the basement of my building complex (it's over a hundred years old) & I don't know what it is. The building sits atop a hill and runs parallel to the road so it's not headlights from a car - definitely unexplainable. One of my mother's friends built her home next to the house she grew up in. Well, the old house she grew up in is actually pretty haunted. She said there was once the apparition of a woman standing at the end of her bed. And she has a picture of the staircase, and there's a couple lil orbs floating around it. I get e.v.p.'s like they are going out of style. Not bragging at all. I had to quit doing it for awhile because they started to follow me everywhere I went. The freakiest one I ever got was last winter when I was in my car. The engine wasn't running yet and I picked up the sound of someone chattering thier teeth. Almost like the guy in "Hellraiser". It was pretty spooky. The last time I did one was in my room when I was alone and it told me to "be careful". I had to give it a rest a min.

While EVPs may be legit, you still need to be scientific and not emotional. Pack plenty of skepticism. We used to record EVPs on an old Reel to Reel recorder with a crystal mic. We could hear all kinds of talking, but could 't make it out until we heard most clearly ........... "KNX News Time 3:00". We were picking up the high powered AM News station whose tower was only a fewq miles away. Some pick it up in their braces

In all seriousness, I too am: can hear, see, feel, sense and have speak with them. This is no joke. I sometime see them during the day or at other times around at a certain time at night I can see a couple of them walking down the road BUT in the middle of the road.

Every time When I get the chance to watch the show I can see and hear things that the billy can't or the voice enhancer doesn't pick up on. Tip for zak: Make sure that U don't get skin disease from that spray can.

Audio recorders are said, not confirmed, to capture EVPs. Most of their EVPs don't sound convincing, like only a few unclear syllables, not a "Class-A" full sentence.

Their cameras still record the most convincing video and audio.

@pkknight9112 Yes this does work, but what they do is replay the audio on their desktop computer. Good software are like Acoustica. that way you can replay the EVPS if you missed anything. Wouldn't recommend ghost hunting though. It's too dangerous.
