@vphoom168 The sun is a star, but there are Sailor Soldiers for stars in Sailormoon canon so there's no reason there couldn't be one for the sun. The reason earth doesn't have a Sailor Soldier isn't because it doesn't have a Zodiac sign, it's because the earth's True Star Seed/Sailor Crystal is carried by a man (Tuxedo Mask) and only women can be Sailor Soldiers.

@vphoom168 the earth does have a symbol, a few actually. one is a circle with a + in the middle of it and another is a circle with a dot in the middle of it. also, if you want to get technical, the moon is not a planet either, so according to your logic if the sun can not have a sailor because it is not a planet, then Sailor Moon shouldn't exist either considering the moon is in fact a moon - not a planet. Google "earth symbols" if you don't believe me.

The earth has a symbol, it's a circle split into quarters. Oh yeah, and the Amazon Quartet who later became part of Chibi Usa's team are asteroids. And the sun isn't a ball of fire, there's no oxygen in space and you can't have fire without oxygen :D
