Do a comparison of crimes for a city of Barcelona's size to say the armpits of Ventura County (Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Santa Paula and Fillmore). You'd be surprised, really surprised.
They initially don´t ask for money - just to sign a piece of paper that you declare a support to handicaped children ... well this is a nonsense paper, because none would say no to this request. And there they catch you...
imagine doing that to aload of english lads on holiday they would smash ur city up and ur people
