I remeber this wow 2 yrs ago was a bad year for this team. eric medlen dying ashley in a wreck and then john getting into that life threatning crash I give these guys props for racing in those machines from week to week because I couldnt do it man it scares the living shit outta me

I was really sad that John and Kenny was in this crash, but if it wasn't the help of John Medlen, Eric's dad. John would have probably died in the crash. I think who every watches this video should be thanking John Force and the whole John Force Team because JOhn could have probably died, And I miss Eric Medlen and Scott Kattlia they both were the best drivers and the nicest drivers you would never meet!!

Horrible accident. I am just glad he survied, it would have been a horrific loss to this great sport. He is the reason I love this sport and have watched for so many years. It would not be the same without John. It is sad that we have already lost some great men. Darryl Russell, Eric Medlen, and yesterday Scott Kalitta. God Speed and RIP.

John doesn't blame Kenny, so thats all that matters. Thanks God he is back, the NHRA would be set back a 100 years if anything was to happen to John. He absolutely fills the stands. How can the winningest driver in all of motorsports still carry this under dog status that make everyone root for him.

If you watch closely, bernstien may have caused john to wreck...

When he hit the second time marker, it shot across and comes pretty close to johns back tire, and could have caused it to cut, leading to the wreck..

KB did hit both timing cones, the first one just bounced around (7:48mark), the second one shot hard across track and went behind John's car as debris of KB's car flew up high left. John's right rear tire blew(same tire that blew out on Eric), but I think it was a result of the chassis failure similar to what Larry Dixon, Cory Mac, and Tony Schumacher have experienced in recent years.
