Either you've been living in a hole for the past 20 years or you're a teenage girl who only knows of Depp's 'Jack Sparrows' and 'Willy Wonkas'. Burton has a huge part in Johnny Depp's career. Quite frankly, he's the genius behind Johnny's portrayal of characters like Ed Wood and Edward Scissorhands. So, yes, a lot of people here want to hear what he's got to say. We're not all here to fawn over how 'hot' Johnny Depp is.

Tim Burton doesn't talk a lot because he has a form of autism. Tim's partner Helena Bo Carter spoke about it in an interview. She said Johnny Depp is the only person he can connect too on a deep level. They have thier own way of talking and so forth. I'm guessing Tim Burton only did the show because Johnny was with him. I've never really seen Tim interview by himself, Jonny is always with him.

(Just search Tim Burton interview here on YouTube... Charlie Rose was one of the more extensive ones) Depp is one of his closest friends, but I believe what Helena Bonham Carter said is that Tim has "a bit of Asperger's in him". He has never been diagnosed as such, but she thinks he embodies some of the traits that people with Asperger's have.
