  • it's defense and offense

  • @MrDonnie54 British people spell defense with a c. But offence is a completely different word, so that one's wrong

  • @CommanderSwedePlays No, both of the words he said are american. The rest of the world spell it "offence" and "defence".

  • @WWESoundFX ok i'm not 100% sure on how other english speaking areas spell offense, but isn't offence a completely different word? Like, "i take offence to your insult" so do they just have 2 words seplled the same?

  • @CommanderSwedePlays No no, offence and offense are the same thing. However in my opinion, offence looks better. Also, advice and advise are different words with different meanings (to advise or ask for advice).

  • yes, you just must imagine in your head that when your opponent is attacking you...like it is nothing and you're playing like roger here in the vid :D

  • great quality..great shot !!

  • love it lol xD!!!!! roger and rafael are the greatest!

  • The term "instant" defence to offence isn't used just when one guy is controlling the entire point. Fed's last winner was from a defensive position, and he hit a shot that instantly gave him an offensive position, in this case a winner.

  • @3timeMVPNash Thank you, that's exactly what I was going for. It's not like everyone hits winners from that back of the court while moving backwards as well.

  • im sorry, but i think nadal didnt had any offence in this point, the fact that federer moved more its just what you see but i think that what it is is that federer was pushing hard to nadal and he could just make what you see and nothing more to win the point, federer, in my opinioon, didnt let him move

    correct me if im wrong

  • @miguelsaez340 You're right Federer was all over him in that point, little or no defensive shots from Federer, Nadal was the one who was playing defensively.

  • @champion1642 Federer hit that winner from a defensive position; you really can't argue that Federer was in an offensive position when he sprints across the entire tennis court while moving backwards and then hits a winner.

  • Hitting these shots is futile when he cannot win these matches.....
