Nice setup. I'm going to download secondrun to give it a try. One piece of advice I would give would be to invest in a SSD and run 64 bit Windows 7. I originally was working of 32bit and noticed a big improvement in performance when I went to 64 bit. I installed a 60Gb SSD drive and ran windows from this drive and got another really big improvement in performance. I don't have the lag in the interface I used to have. Thanks for taking the time to make the video.
Arguing which HTPC software is pointless.. Use whatever you prefer.. I use MediaPortal for its PVR capability, check it out!
