@Iccee333 Yeah I found that out the hard way. I was one of the last vaulters to come in so all of the other vaulters had caused the pit to move slightly. On my 3rd or 4th jump I landed in a hole in the middle of the mat and hit my back on the plastic pallet things they have under it. Wasn't a very fun experience haha.
when she plants she is already leaning back looking up at the bar so to push up with the arms she is really pushing her left arm in front of her body which will make it hard for her to swing upside down.... only reason i can see pole coming out of hands if if she was a few feet under
@joebro391 i agree with you her run was like a jog but her takeoff was amazing if she ran alot faster maybe she would have had more force then popped up faster so it woulden't have slipped....but idk im still kind of a begginer

It looks like she is not jumping off the ground. She hits the plant then her body goes forward instead of upward. I could be wrong though

No, it was taped. She usually uses sticky spray too, but either forgot to this time or something.
This was her best take-off of the year. We were telling her that all day, so at least now she might believe us...lol
