@CNCTEMATIC Relaxing your eyes means a relaxed focus field so you can see rather than stare at just a few objects. Try looking forward and up without staring at any object and than do the work. Also avoid looking at your hands :)
@ransuru Thanks! I think I understand that. I sent you a video by another instructor named Ian Ayres. I wonder is the concept similar to what he describes in the first half of that video? He calls it "deadpan eyes" and "the principle of 180 degree vision."

Thanks for the video Sharon. Interesting redefinition of the phrase "event horizon"!
BTW I didn't realise you were a sniper until I read an article recently by Kevin Secours. Rightly or wrongly it gives your words some added weight.
I have to say I'm not sure quite what you mean when you refer to "relaxing your eyes" - do you mean not focusing on anything? Cheers
