I trained myself Kyokushinkai for about 3 years from my 13 till 16 but i stopped.I guess i was to young for that sport and now I regret it for stop training...I thik that my will was to weak at that days,so today I have only disspoitment for my choice i chosed before 14 years..Kyokushin is unique and beautifoul sport,and my advice to all people who trained this sport is DONT GIVE UP,EVEN WHEN ITS TOO HARD AND HEAVY...Mr. Oyama rest in peace..
