Oden was 8th in PER last season. One of the top rebounders and shot blockers. Injury is the only thing that makes Durant the better pick. Oden's rookie year, Portland won 54 games. Kevin Durant's best season yet, they only won 50 games.

@cboule1 Oden is way stronger, faster, and more athletic than bynum. Their height is the only thing you can compare. Just because they are both 7 feet doesn't make them equal, anymore than being 6-6 makes someone equal to Jordan.
Bynum is garbage when on the court. Not even a factor in any games. Oden is a game changer when he is in. 8th best PER in the league, you mad? Now I'll wait for you to down play PER.

second, you said "when he is in" and in 3 years of being a pro, he's played a total of 82 games...wait how many games are in an nba season? oh thats right 82, so he's played 1/3 of the games he's supposed to, thereby being an unproductive player because he can't contribute every night.
