  • this is quite interesting, ive never seen a tsamiko like this before, can u tell me from where it is danced in greece? meaning the horio region and who taught it to you? or was is the villagers.. thank you

  • Choreographer Ira Weisburd demonstrates his Greek dance "Tsamika Tria". It's named because the figure is done three times before turning.

  • It's an original choreograpy based on Greek steps in the Tsamiko rhythm. It is done in recreational folk dance groups in the U.S.
