I've tried the new Chanel Perfection Lumière, and it looks like the finish is a lot more matt than Pro Lumière, and just a tiny bit less coverage also (Pro Lumière has got a thicker feel). Perfection has got spf 10 while Pro has got spf 15. The Perfection Lumière is still a really good foundation though:) And the colour selection is the best for a Chanel foundation to date:)

Basically i don't often wear full foundation because my skin is pretty clear and even but sometimes its necessary and i have a foundation that matches me really well... problem is that in photos i always turn out a bit ghostly/ porcelain looking - basically fake :P i'm relatively tanned and my foundation isn't too light how come this happens? and how can i fix it? Thanks so much!

@whiskerstherock Make sure your foundation does not have SPF in it when taking photos. It's becasue of the SPF in your foundation that reflects the light in photos. Hope this helps.

@whiskerstherock its ususally bc of the spf in the foundation. the higher the spf the higher the "white cast" the only way to really not have it is if you use a foundation with little to no spf. a good one (especially for you) would be mac face and body bc it seems like you need little coverage. and since the face and body foundation comes with alot of product, it really is wort the money! hope this helps:) xx

@whiskerstherock check and see if your foundation has an SPF in it, chances are it does and that is what is making you turn out a bit white in photographs. Really the only way to not have that white cast is to change foundations. Sorry!

@whiskerstherock The white cast is from the sunscreen (titanium dioxide) in the foundation. Some have a higher % of this ingredient than others. I'm not too sure how to fix it, apart from trying to find a foundation that does not contain sunscreen or one that is specifically designed for photography. But because you have pretty clear skin, this might be a waste of money for you. From experience Max Factor foundations have always photographed beautifully for me, if you wanted to try them?

@whiskerstherock Oh and i've also heard that the MUFE HD foundation is brilliant, and they have a ton of shades to choose from. This one is a little pricey but if you don't wear it that often, it should last you a very long time :)

Its probably because you are wearing a product with SPF which is causing flashback, basically the light is being reflected because of the SPF and you look ghostly pale. When you go out and know you are going to take pictures avoid wearing a moisturizer or foundation with high SPF. Also mineral foundations/powders can sometimes cause flash back. If that isn't the case for you just try a little bronzer with a duo fiber brush or fluffy brush for light application.
