i got hit by a tahoe it broke both legs and both tibia and fibia all the way on each leg i have rods in my legs and less than a month im walkin its painful as hell but im walking so i feel for u man this sucks balls!!!
He isnt wearing leg braces...those are external fixators. holding the bone together. I broke pelvis in four places and had to wear one across my pelvis. I didn't think you could be weight bearing with them on though. Congrats on the progress!

i also broke my tibia and fibula, in a car accident, on my right leg.but ive just had my plaster removed and they said i'm free to walk, but the thing it.. i cant! m too worried =[. oh and i hope ur doing well

well done and much respect. I just broke my fibula and tibula and had plates and screws but mine are just under the skin nothing to that you. Seeing you walk was very impressive.
respect to that. Ive had my ex-fix in my leg for 3 months now. Im hopefully getting it out soon and my first steps are still to be taken. I can take weight on it..but you seemed to cope quite fine there...im well impressed.
how did u restrainth ur leg my legs so weak i want to walk again and race my atv but my leg is so weak i havnt walked in 6 months since my accident and i didnt go to PT for the broken bones when they healed cuz i got diagnosed with rsd but i wna walk im tired of waiting
I tore some ligaments and have been on crutches for 6 weeks and feeling pretty miserable about not being able to walk; then I saw you've been in a chair for twice as long with huge metal structures sticking out of your legs and felt silly.
Hi, I fell off the roof thx to my slumlord not maitaining the cooler. I had the same but only on the right foot. I was looking at bone sticking through the skin. Been 8 weeks now since accident. In yer video yer walking with the external fixators still in yer leg. The rods I had came out 3 weeks after accident. I was wondering how long it took before you could put full pressure on them again. Seeing you walk is inspiration for me! Thx 4 posting. Hope all is well for you. Peace, Rob
@VentSurLonde How did it happen? I broke my left tib/fib in a rugby game, they popped through the skin it was pretty bad but I see you have external fixation :)
I had the same kinda thing, broke right femur, shattered right knee, shattered left knee and left tibia, is a pain in the arse, hope you didnt do your knees like me as arthritus is a bitch! My shin always feels like its gonna snap in half anyime I do something half strenuous, not a nice feeling
damn!! I just did one leg and got a full length nail incerted. this is hecktic!!
