  • If it was a nuke, everybody filming this would be dead. A mortar round wouldn't be able set off a nuke anyway. Honestly people, use your fucking heads.

  • my friend was in that hsit! three days in a bunker is where he was at.. conex box after conex box after conex box went off.. unbelievable noone died except in the iraqis village some siht landed on them. when he came out of the bunker, his bike was still there but his room was gone.. there were 30 foot craters where some of the boxes went off.. unreal.

  • This is the first time I have been rivited to the screen!

  • This was in IRAQ! I was there on this nght and I remember it well. All you people making up what you think to be true are morons.

  • This video is NOT from Iraq, it´s a reupload of "explotion in takata" "Frontera Coahuila Mexico". It´s a mexican airbag-factory on fire!

  • And thats why we blow out our candles before we go to bed little boys and girls!!!

  • Brave men. They hit the fascist beast right in the heart. Too bad that one has to listen to the dumb babble of the fascist boneheads.

  • a small gift for our iraqi soldiers whom killed by bush's lie about our nuclear weapon

  • I was there too,,...B co, 40th ENG,,,,we couldnt sleep that night and had missions the next day,,,we was close to the aha when this was going down,..

  • 1/10 cav Alpha, Bravo, Charlie all were in the rowed barracks about 500m from the AHA when all this started. It was a aww inspiring event. Bravo 1/10 was on the barracks rooftops befor all hell broke lose and the CO had to remove us all from trying to video this thing. the only chemicals released were in the form of tear gas containers rupturing and even then only minor effects from that could be felt

    SPC 120mm B 1/10 CAV IRAQ NOV. 05 NOV.06 OIF 05-07 Bandits

  • @lenny120mm you were B 1-10???

I was C Trp, blue plt.

  • that one interesting night i have to say i was there with the FSC w/2/506th

  • 5:04... it was...

1-26 Infantry, 1 ID, FOB Rustamiyah, just down the road....

  • I was there as well, LESS then 500m from it. you hear the guy saying how big the blasts are. THAT AINT SHIT. try being on the fob. crazy shit..

    SPC Bidlack, 2-506th, 4th BDE

  • No, there were no nukes on Camp Falcon. I was there when this took place. What you are seeing blow up is ammo, artillery shells, demo charges and mortars. The explosions continued for about 6 hours. It is amazing none of us were killed.

  • So was that a nuke or not.

  • no it's not a nuke

  • someone explain to me what a ammo duimp is.

  • Its were the put (dump) all the ammo at

  • but is it like they just dump it on the ground and leave it or destroy it or is it still good ammo that they are storing for future use?

  • It n0rmally depends on the ammount of ammo, but all the ammo is ment for use.

  • ok ty

  • was someone bombing you guys or was it just a fire in the ammo dump that stuff was blowin up

  • holy shit that's awesome

  • so thats why i used to find mortar rounds lying around falcon hahaha :)

  • were there troops stationed at the ammo dump when this happened? How many people died?

  • When the first started in the base I think 1 person was severely injured but lived, everyone got the fuck out of there.

  • the minute someone said Chemical Munitions I would be donning my gasmask ASAP.

  • Holy shit! You guys are crazy! ...In a good way. We owe pretty much everything to you guys. Thanks!

  • I remember this. I don't know if the mushroom cloud was because of the MOAB or whatever but there were no nukes. and there were no deaths. In fact, short of the DFAC being made take-out only and some parts of the FOB closed while they swept for UXOs, nothing really much was any different the next day.

  • whats is this!?!? fireworks?!

  • Yup This was FOB Falcon i was their with T-F 2-6 Bco 40th Eng. Man did it take us a while to fucken pick up all the UXOS that didnt blow up in the fuccen ammo dump.

  • I was at Falcon all of 2005. I wonder how the soldiers got off the guard towers near that. I bet base security was shitting their pants!!!!

  • it sucked, a tank had to come pick us up.

  • I was there TF 2-6 inf 1st AD. A rocket hit the AHA and started a fire. Distroyed the civis tralers no one was injured and it was 2006, no where near Kirkik. Baghdad, just of rout irish where it turns into Jackson.

  • what, so the camp was under attack?

  • yeah i was there too- 4STB 4th ID... there was no nuclear anything... it was just the AHA w/ millions of dollars of ammo... we were watching it on the JLENS... i'm sure they were having a ball at DIV HQ at fob liberty

  • This particular video was shot in June of 2004 in Kirkuk, Iraq. It is true that a mortar/rocket started a fire that burned it's way into the WSA Weapons Storage Area. Due to the cordon called for by the Fire Chief, no one was injured. I don't know where people get the 2006 date.

  • Bullshit!!!..Thats in Falcon!.I was there with 1-10 Cav..Kirkuk my ass!

  • Yeah, one of the marines says "We need to call the Kirkuk fire department."

  • im with you on this one, i was also there with 1 10 cav, what troop there soldier. this is fob falcon, i was closer to the explosions though in 1 10 cavs barracks buildings. locked down for 3 days after cause all the uxo around, no showers ,no toilets, no food. was a real shitty day week for us.

  • If you listen to this video, at 4 minutes and 12 seconds they reference it's location. I saw the video from Falcon. That was small time compared to this night in Kirkuk.

  • that night sucked, i remember that

  • i was there at fob falcon from nov2005-dec2006

this day was verry scarry indeed. i was about 400meters from the ammo point in the barracks when this happend. i was actualy on the roof when the mortars came in. there was 7 mortars 2 of witch hit the ammo storrage area and set off what you just saw. No one got killed wich was a mirrical.the base was shut down for 3 days and it sucked cause we had no food shower or anything. We couldnt leave the barracks till all the UXO's where recoverd. BigMess

  • Sry to leave this out but no one was hurt at all... a few guys left there weapons at there guard shack near the explosion running away in fear but other than that everone was safe.

  • There was no nuclear anyhting....i was fucking there. 2nd of 506th inf. Also this was not shot by Marines because there were no marines on our camp. I will post my vid soon but its very long and idk if i can load that much. This all happened by Iraqi insurgens fireing mortar rounds at our base and one just happened to land in our ammo supply area and started a chain reaction blowing up mortar rounds, m-4 rounds to apache rockets, but we got through it.

  • You know, the very first post of this on the internet, anywhere, was posted as by several U.S. Marines. You were there, but you are just coming across this, eh? How long have you been back? This has been all over the web for well over a year.

  • ..and take your angst out on the people that are responsible for what you went through..i have never "fucking" wronged you in any way so scram oh disturbed one

  • I was there also and by the way not only nobody died bu also everything was normal the folowing day. My father (Sr Bush)didn´t had to bother bringing all the military top dogs and officials because this was a minor event!!!

  • Back to normal minus one base.

  • All large explosions have the potential to cause mushroom clouds. They are not exclusive to nuclear explosions. Research it. Wikipedia has an article if you care to read.

Alarms went off because...in case you didn't notice...there's a substantial amout of ordnance going off not too far away and shit flying through the air. In such a circumstance it's wise to hunker down in a bunker.

  • The largest non-nuclear device ever created, the MOAB, does not mushroom.

  • 1. The MOAB is not the largest non-nuclear device ever created. Russia has one bigger.

    2. The BLU-82 (what you call a MOAB) does cause a mushroom cloud.

    3. There's a video here on Youtube of 100 tons of ordinary TNT going up, and it causes a Mushroom cloud. Look it up.

Also, I'd like you to explain how this Marines' civilian grade camcorder is not destroyed by an electro-magnetic pulse. Forget about blast damage for a sec.

  • The only video I have seen of the MOAB going off shows anything but such a mushroom but I'll assume such exists. There has been much heated debate among physicists about this video and both have been asserted: that an EMP pulse would take out the camera and that in the case of micro-nukes, the EMP range is severely limited, and I draw a distinction between EMP and a normal shock wave which is more akin to acoustic energy.

  • I don't have a video of a MOAB mushrooming for you (there doesn't seem to be much MOAB footage easily found on the web), but check out the Soyuz (Photon M-1) rocket explosion video here on Youtube. Definite Mustroom cloud, and definitely not nuclear. It was monitored by members of the ESA. It's pretty cool footage (well, except for the running in fear of their lives).

  • I draw attention to alarms because they went off after much had been burning but right at the moment that the mushrooms appear and, suddenly, the transmissions over the radio are downright frantic.

  • Doesn't really mean anything. The alarms probably meant that debris were being thrown up in the air with unpredictable trajectories. You don't know how long the explosions have been going on. The PA announcement tells everybody to get in their bunkers for said reason. I'd be shitting my pants with that much TNT going up, much less nukes. The radio calls are basically saying that crap is blowing up at the ammo dump. Not that nukes are going up.

  • Yeah I was there.

    4th Brigade, 4th ID, 2-6 Infantry, 8-10 Cav, 4-27FA!

    woot, I remember that shit.

    And no..not depleted uranium..

Mine Clearing explosives, 155mm Arty Rounds, 5.56, You name it, it went off.

  • I have a question for you. Why would such mine clearing explosives go off mushroom style?

  • Because mine clearing explosives are susceptible to the laws of physics.

I know you WANT this to be a conspiracy, but there is none.

  • The largest non-nuclear device ever created, the MOAB, does not mushroom.

  • are these depleted uranium rounds?

  • What was being stored there was munitions and nothing more. There's no way a tactical nuclear device was used, even a small one. Given how close the marines are to the explosions, those guys would have been vaporized.

  • Wrong. Do some more research.

  • ..because 9-11 WAS an inside job, another in a long series of them. See patriotsquestion911 dot com. Use your noggin.
