Ok I am gonna try and explain. This guy is a popular comedian known for his absurd/surreal humour. Every week he makes an impersonation of a famous guy in a TV show.

This impersonations have 3 characteristics:

1- He always makes the same voice, u can say its like a "red-neck" kinda voice...not very "sophisticated" to say the least ;)

2- When he talks he would talk about stuff related to that person (you know, Bono would talk about the rest of the members of U2,etc) but not with the grammatic contructions Bono would use, but as a "red-neck" would (not a "red-neck" from the US, but the spanish equivalent...I always think of a modest sheperd from a very small hamlet)

3- Also, the things he says, on top of being said with a "red-neck" accent, and with a "red-neckish" grammar, are also surreal by themselves...kinda Salvador Dalí surreal. Thats why for example he eats a page of his From Hell to show how damn hard it is to digest..

PS: I also think this impersonations are always teh same, like repeating 1 good joke week aftre week, but as they said about Groo, 1 one good joke is 1 joke more than many shows out there ;)

English subtitles are literal translation, this is not funny. Spanish version is funny for spanish people, a lot of jokes are only understood by people that speaks spanish and live in spain
