As a Canadian,I have a little more time than you guys,but maybe only by a few months or years.I kick myself for still doing business with Royal Bank, and will likely pull the last of my RRSPs (I'll get a better rate of return by paying off my mortgage, even with the tax hit!!). I have been changing my acreage to a food production and propagation area. Hopefully, worst is that I have enough food to give my away to neighbors , but at least I'll have enough to keep 6 people fed through the winter.

I find it truly amazing at how much corruption and underhanded dealings are being exposed on a daily basis and yet the majority of folks are unable to see that it is all interconnected. It's a simple math problem 2+2
Partly they KNOW it's true and their whole existence depends on the financial hierarchy that needs overhauling. But why are the rest in such denial?? That is the biggest question

Too many people think that the market being at 10,000 somehow means that the economy is doing well. Where is our production? Is trade between countries rising or falling? Falling. Unemployment is near 15%. The real number. Some people take the propaganda 'hook', 'line', and 'sinker' and don't even realize it. It's pathetic.
