@WhiteIGNITERS In this specific situation, there is nothing that points to it being a racial attack other than the fact that 4 black people attacked 1 latino male. What if only 1 black male savagely beat a latino ? No one would say a word about that other than a fight took place. The fact that there were 4 black males could easily be explained by them possibly being friends. This could easily be a gang related crime as well. Not saying you're wrong in anyway but just asking for you to elaborate.

There is a well defined ideology behind this and since cops are afraid to challenge political correction, they do not charge blacks with hate crimes when blacks are often very open and honest about the reasons behind their assaults. They often target Hispanic and Asian immigrants because they are Hispanic and Asian and have no qualms about admitting it publicly.
