of course it's a pallette swap of Gen with a turban. just like Superman is a glorified Magneto, and Wonder Woman seems to be a mix of Psylocke and Chun Li and lord knows who else.

Her name is Alice the Goon. She's a minor character in Popeye. In the 80's cartoon version of Popeye, there was a segment where her and Olive Oil were in the army together.

Awesome!!! I'm glad Popeye kicked his ass! It's funny becase when I was telling my friend that if I ever get my own mugen game, I'd put Bin Laden in as a last boss.
