Trenches were typically makeshift fortifications. They were dug where and when they were needed, so having a road for your tanks to drive on is not such a stretch for the imagination.

It does seem very fallout 3, not just fallout the series, but actually very similar to Megaton (the town) in fallout 3. It has the same general shape as Megaton, same "filled in" ramp idea, and the same bomb in the middle, same concept for the "Klinek" sign, which there's even a similar sign in the town of Megaton in fallout 3. So it is in fact closer to fallout 3 then either of the other two fallout games. Either way it's impressive and will look awesome, I'm sure.

There are countless references to constructions in craters, when u think about it, its a good place to be. Mildly protected, easy to build water storage, But its these kids playing one fucking game and thinking they know the entire history of sci fi. The table will look awesome. And be really interesting to fight on.

I agree that sci fi is riddled with good crater logic and construction. I was more addressing the fact that you flipped out over a bunch of kids; that you have to admit are right. The table itself is one large fallout 3 reference. James. the guy making the table, was thinking fallout 3, Megaton when he designed the table.

I'm sure most, if not all, these kids have more exposure to scifi then one game, but it just happens that that one game is correct. Save the hostility for the battlefield :)

it's ork megaton awesome, love the stalingrad thing 2, next to the mushroom forrest, the dead dinosaur jungle, and the very first set of mesa terrain I think this is the best terrain u guys have put out and even surpasses those previously mentioned, awesome stuff
