actully there are 6 magic truffles. if you look at the tree at 0:19 that tree has a magic truffle. if you do the insignificant item first then you might be able to get 6 truffles.

@HEROBLASTCANON Mother 2 is the Japanese name for Earthbound. The only differences are minor, like dialogue, and the fact that in a certain part of the game in Mother 2, Ness appears naked.

Yes, I explained it in the playthrough, When your head is under the water, you take damage every few seconds from not being able to breath.
