dude Your truck maybe had 550HP he has over 2500HP.. he has cam timing done biggist injecors. there called marines also knowed as 10.. oversized everything huge turboews~~~

He cant run on teh road for a trip or work. its only for racing..

What it comes from is a BIG cam BIG Injectors with lots of pressure from a seriosuly modded pump. Since its mechanical it cant be tuned to run good at low RPMs when the turbos arent lit.
