The caste system did exist there and what studies or studiers I am basing this on are every aegyptologist I know of who has studied and integrated Egyptian history in with other known histories. Of course from a biblical perspective Egypt would have had to have been the same race as Isra'el, Canaan, Phoenicians, Media and so forth. The lack of forensic evidence for the black-african racial type in these regions (mesopotamia, assyria, the levant, and the nile delta etc) shows that they biblically would not have been of another racial type as they descended of Noah who was perfect in his lineage.

@willyrobinson When you actually go into the pyramids in Egypt (I have), there is not mistaking that the paintings on the walls are showing black men and women AS Egyptians.The Egyptians had darker skin then the Semites (Hebrews) who where enslaved. This is why if you READ the Torah, Moses married an Ethiopian women, what he was accustom to seeing in Egypt. Please do your research, look a the history of "Ahmose" the pharaoh for visual images of Egyptians & Hebrews.

@STOPDATHATER - Which pyramids? Giza, the Great Pyramid etc? Drawings? Super. I'm looking to physical evidence. I've seen drawings by supposedly the Egyptians wherein the Egyptian is riding a chariot - with a team of dogs running in front eating/trampling over 'blacks'. The black aren't seen as the same group even if egyptians look a certain way in drawings. Drawings aren't what is looked at - physical evidence sheds a bit more light on all this.

I assure you they did not depict themselves as white. Also read a book called Black Athena for forensic proofs.
