i installed Microsoft Windows XP SP3 on my BootCamp, but it says that it's missing drives for sound, USB buses, video card etc...which means that i cant do anything on my bootcamp, any ideas or help??

who said anything about steeling?, well I have snow leopard as i said before, and my computer is currently running at 64 bits. instead of 32bits. Will that work?? Another question if i install the game in another computer, then transfer it to the time capsule and then extract the files from there may i be able to install?

The game DOES NOT run in Mac OS X, it runs in Windows via BootCamp, which comes with every Intel Mac.

You cannot easily install the game on multiple computers, as it doesn't run without a disk in the drive.

Didn't mean to accuse you of stealing, just thought when you said "torrent" you meant download it illegally, sorry! :)

Unfortunately, the simple answer is no, GTA IV will not run n your computer, it simply isn't fast enough, even on lowest settings.

hey i have the old white macbook, but it has 2gb of ram and 320gb of hard disk drive the only thing that worries me is the graphics display card, which the one I have is about 64 mb, but I have snow leopard will that work??? also another question, is there any torrent in which you can download this game????

@FARC171 no, the Intel GMA 950 (and X3100) are nothing like capable enough to run GTA IV. Hard disk capacity and RAM would make no difference in such circumstances. The game also runs through BootCamp (in Windows XP, Vista or 7), so it has nothing to do with Mac OS X, but you do need at least Leopard to run BootCamp properly.

Also, if you want to play GTA IV, or any game for that matter, buy it. Don't steal! :)

I have the resolution at just over 800x600.

I have installed all Nvidia Drivers.

Yep, Crossover Games isn't sophisticated enough to run anything made after about 2002. BootCamp with Win XP or Vista is the only way. :)

BootCamp comes with your Mac. It's what you use to run Windows. All you need is a copy of Windows, and you're all set to play! :)

BootCamp is an application for installing Windows on an Intel-based Mac computer. But you need to purchase your own copy of Windows. You can't run GTA IV within Mac OS X, you need to be running Windows XP or Vista. :)

You can use a torrent to find a copy of windows XP and burn it to a DVD, or CD, than you can do it yourself. Although the downloading could be slow and it may be hard to find a good download, at least it's free. Just make sure you have a key for the XP registration.
