@fifiscally You don't HAVE to have them on the bottom two strings. Usually, I only place my fingers on the bottom two strings if I'm actually going to play them. Otherwise, I mute them with my pick hand. Good luck with learning :)

dude you play with your thumb, and that is a bad way to finger the guitar

to all of you people learning the guitar don't play it the way that guy is!!!

it will mess up your style trust me!

your thumb plays for the top three strings

your pointy finger for the 3rd from bottom

your "rude" finger for the 2nd from Bottom

and your finger that u put a ring on when u get married on the last string

thats a very good technique for fingering

it may be hard to learn, but once u have learnt it it is easy
