Well not quite! There are some streamed flash video that use rtmp protocol! LOL! Those movies are stored on a server and the server sends you only one small piece at a time! You will not have the whole movie on your cache browser! For those movies you will need a protocol sniffer program like Tunecab Online!
One of the sites that use this protocol is CBS! For other type of streams (WMV, MOV, RM) you can use WM Recorder!

Now STFU and look at what a real Vista 64bit Ultimate OS can do!
BTW: This system has a 4Ghz Core Duo+4GB RAM and Raid 0! LOL! Bitch! XP is for crappy PCs like yours! HAHAHAHA!
