Every single thing she said tied together. The part about Ben wanting to sleep w./ her was partly a joke being his character in Black Swan said he didn't want to sleep w./ her character.  But, she was thanking her mother for bringing her into this world which in turn she spoke of the growing life she is carrying which in turn how can she not be appreciative to Ben. It's beyond me how dull some people are by picking thing's apart.. Her speech had quality and sencerity.
