大昔、、もう５０年も前、、弘前公園でみた、この手踊りは脳裏に焼きついていて、、いまでも、この光景が思い出されます。本当にありがとうございました。またチャンスがあれば弘前公園のカンゴカイ（観桜会）に行って、この津軽の手踊りを見たいですね。

I dont know much, I know the music is Tsugaru Shamizen or Jamizen.
THe performers are high school girls, it was just kind of like their hobby.
Thats all I know and understood :S
