Frankly, and maybe its because I have been away from football for too long, they do not seem to be taking seriously enough. Irvin and the coaches are, but the players do not seem to be doing so. This isn't a 'reality show.' This is a spot to play for the Dallas Cowboys. Concentrate! Take it seriously. Also, I am beginning to get really annoyed at Speedy and that little tantrum he threw after he got passed. Don't like getting passed? Go faster.

First off, another good episode. Bill Bates said that "bull in the ring" was banned in Pop Warner and high school, when did this happen. It was probably banned for the same reason dodge ball for singling out the weak.

And one more thing. When we did the bullring, the entire team got into a big circle. The coach called two players to the middle. They lay on their back, and when the whistle blows you jump up and hit the other dude. Van Malone was one of our coaches, old Lions DB. He would get in their without pads, and jump up and light players up who thought they were quick.

Every NFL Scout on the planet knows the kid can't go backwards and has trouble in space. This is the exact reason some 3-4 defensive teams like Cleveland, KC and Denver passed on him as an OLB in their defense.
