@Betonoszlop Although I agree that it would be much more informative to have a "tutorial" that explains every step, you can learn something from it.... It shows how he starts with dark tones and works his way up through the light tones and then to the highlights and then the finest details and lighting effects.

@MrDekiruYo Honestly, yes. In general, an audience finds watching a painting just pull itself together more interesting than the finished product.

I consider speedpainting videos and finished paintings to be two separate entities, even if the video is about a specific finished painting, and I appreciate them separately. Watching lines become an image is fascinating, but you can only appreciate skill in a finished piece.

It's all about practice. If you study a Werewolf and all parts that is related to it, you'd be able to draw and paint it in any way. What I mean is, study reference like fur, skeleton and bones, muscles of wolf's and also from human (but they are similiar - just attach your knowledge together).

In my opinion to paint like this you have to paint and study this type of object more then 7000 times each.

Alright, let me start off by saying how this is amazing and how I could never be able to make something like this. But, as I think constructive criticism is something you can work with, whereas "ZOMG, love it! Amazing!" is not, I would like to point out that the lighting on the right side of his face is a bit.. weird. You've used blue tones everywhere, except on his face (it's more yellowish). This, plus it being a tad too bright, makes it look like there's a car driving towards him. You know?
