1) Atheism has nothing to do with it. 30% of Israelis don't believe in God

2) The images are propoganda... if this was a pro-israeli clip with this level of propoganda it'd be filled with terrorist attacks

3) Till 67' we tried living side by side. It didn't work. We got attacked lost thousands of civilians and soldiers and ended in what we call now the west bank.

4) Palestinians have turned down solution that didn't include 100% of the west bank. I guess their situation is not so dire.

It's a heartfealt plea but that's a pretty tall order on Obama.

Sure, his administration could do everything to end the israeli apartheid and also succeed,

but that would ensure republican domination in the US for a very long time, given the american general bias in the israeli/palestinian war. I'm not saying it wouldn't be worth it but I understand why he would hesitate.

What? Who told you this war is about religion? It has NOTHING do to with religion at all. There isn't even the smallest piece of religion in this war. It was Fn who established this state in 1967 after adolf Hitler killed thousands of jews. The west didn't want to take responsibility for the ''left-over-jews'' o they forced palestinian people to get out of their houses. Christians, jews and muslims are friends!! Trust me. No religion involved in this war.

No. It is about politics. About power. It was the westerns trying to destroy the middle east. And some from the middle east joined to destroy their own part of the world. I know it sounds crazy. But yes. Because Palestine is an arabic contry and no one other than Hizbullah had the guts to speak their mind! They were brave enough to say that we are hypocrites when it comes to our own people!

You are a hundred percent correct. Many people/non-believers say atheism will bring peace to the world, and religion corrupts people. It is the other way around - people corrupt religion. Judaism, Christianity, Islam..they are all peaceful relgions. For example, I hate when people say, "Death to Jews for the doings in Israel." Those are Zionists, and perhaps there is logic to Zionists claim, but those who are abusive and enjoy destruction are indeed not Jewish. Peace, Shalom!

It's good to see a rational person in that miasma, but what exactly is this woman suggesting we do? Turn against Israel? Just stop supporting them? Try to persuade them against their actions? There are implications in each and we aren't exactly in a position to be doing things altruistically, even if we would.
