@H3liXxgaming I get those people from Tape it or die side mission. You need to do the part 1 first, the part 1 won't be warn by Stacey. It's on 27/9 6:00a.m,remember that only 8 survivors / psychopaths can spawn at once! If there are too many other persons on the map this event can't start. Do all side missions that are available during this time and save or kill all hidden survivors (3 poker players in atlantica casino, 1 survivor in south plaza).
