I am fairly sure a vid uploader does not have the power to remove any comments by other users on his vids - a comment's author is the only one who can remove his own comments (apart from certain high-power YouTube staff, I presume, but they never intervene anyway). You didn't have any comments on your vids, but I just added one there now, so you can try and see how that goes.
