Hm,i haven't work with Eagle.I use DipTrace for my PCBs.The only way to optimize your Gcode is to export the holes in DXF and then use a separate CAM to export the Gcode.Usually, good CAMs can minimize unnecessary movements.For CAM i use RhinoCAM.

Very good speed in drilling but the Gcode is not clever...Many Random movements with out meaning.

Gcode was crated by Eagle 4.15 I don't know how i can optimize it.
May be follow the same sequence "cut-paste" of the schematics editor of the drills?
