A lot of customers may have psychiatric disorders. I work in health, and if it weren't for the fact that I have access to patients' medical history records, I would never have been able to understand why some of them acted so weird. Without that knowledge, I definitely would have gotten more pissed with them easily. Surprisingly, a lot of customers have bipolar :S
