Like in Mario 64, Toad gives a few stars away in the castle at certain points in the game. Soooo, maybe there's someone in that beginning area that will give you one? Doesn't make much sense though because they should've given it to you when you met them.

I went back and wathed them all, it's episode 8, in the room called prizes for the reckless, agai. To get it you keep the checkpoint in that room, get no ohers along the way, activet the pad, die, respawn below and get the trinket! I'm still on a horse

U skipped the last on I think, to get it u have to keep the checkpoint on the same screen as the token, complete that area WITHOuT gettin another checkpoint, and then when u get back to that scren, dissolve the platform and die, ou will appear below and get the token! I'm on a horse

As I mentioned last video, go to the room where the trinkets are being stored and keep talking until you get the trinket sensor. It makes trinket finding a bit easier (although in your case it's a lost cause as you've found 19 trinkets already). You should also get one trinket from talking to her. You'll also need to talk to her after getting the 20th trinket (which this one will be for you) to get the true ending. You can probably attach the video to the start of another thing.

Still one thing bothering me, the turquoise spots on the map between the yellow and green spots, you never went there, I watched the VVVVVV videos again and in episode 4 you talk to a television and it tells you about a locked research part and then it openes the map and the turquoise part appears..!

Is it a secret you get to go to when you get all the trinkets or... I dunno...
