I got one on eBay recently. Mine must be the series 1 figure like @MultiThomas8. Mine also has his mouth closed, and the armor lights do not light up. They're painted. I can't find the voice/sound effects button on mine...yet. I love this figure! Until Hot Toys makes a Marcus Fenix, this is the ULTIMATE 12" figure of him right now!

@TheHellspawn0666 that one dosent make any noise, only because its a different version of a 12 inch of marcus fenix. But i reckon this version is better. look up seanXlong and he has the voice action fenix.

How did you get yours to hold the lancer correctly with the left hand holding it?

@Inikalord i really had to wedge his hand in there, took some pushing and shoving but i managed to get it in there.

i just brought this figure its awesome, do u have any idea if they are doing any more 12" because on the back of the box it says collect them all but ive looked on the internet and i cant find any but marcus :(

as far as I know this is the only one they are making. Id much rather have 12 inch figs than 7 so I hope they make more, but I wouldnt hold my breath.

Great figure.

Newer thought that will buy GoW 12" from NECA, but did it when sow it in the shop. Really good figure, just face and lancer-blood repaints needed. I like it very much! Looks great even with HT. ^_^
