I'm in favor of a video that questions the rep of certain neighborhoods. However I think it would serve better to present unbiased material. This video is definetly biased in favor of OTR. The reason OTR is in the news alot, is because bad stuff goes down in OTR "alot". There are lots of neighborhoods that have a reps that are undeserved, but I don't think that OTR is unfairly portrayed by the media. I've been there enough to know. Decent video though.
My name is Kole Black. I am the producer of a new dramatic tv series that is being taped in Cincinnati, Ohio. The show is called "Over The Rhine", and the story centers around a female black Cincinnati Police detective that is investigating a string of serial murders in Over The Rhine. The show is similar in nature to NBC's "Law & Order" or NBC's "Southland".
This is the first and only dramatic television series ever to use the city of Cincinnati as a backdrop for the storyline.

I walked down vine street today in over the rhine, no one gave a shit a white man was walking down the street. In fact, people said hi to me. Cincinnati blacks are some of the friendliest blacks around. I'm from Chicago now there are many places I dare not go there.
It's still a dangerous shithole trust me stay far away. I'd literall rather live in a fuckin teepee in the middle of the woods alone than OTR.
