Bu yazıcıyı Eksen den 4 ay kadar önce aldım. Ocak 14 te durup dururken kendini resetlemeye başladı. 4440307 yi aradım, teknik servis istasyonuna yönlendirildim. O günden bu yana tam 4 kez gitti geldi an son bu sabah teslim aldım ve fişe takar takmaz aynı hatayı yapmaya başladı. 2 defadır değişim talep ediyorum ama müşteri hizmetleri olumsuz yanıt veriyor. . 5.defa servise bıraktım ama hiç ümidim yok. Hp almayı düşünenlere tavsiyem en az 5, hatta 10 defa düşünün.. kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

I own this printer but can't get it to work. Beginning with the first day of installation, printer had numerous serious issues. After 6 months of talk with customer service, technical support and case manager, I finally asked the case manager if they could refund or exchange it with a different model, his reply, 'I can not do it, use it as is'.

My printer is defective and HP refused to solve the issue. Shame on HP.

So how long did this such a great product work. Crappy tech support. My printer only works when it feels like it. I have all the newest drivers and still only works half the time. It is not reliable . Just got this today, its awesome, especially on snowleopard, dont have to install anything, works perfectly right out of the box

Upto 10 users? If its in a network folder why is it restricted?
