I really enjoyed this version! I think the U.S. version far outweighs the UK. Although it is a remake of the British version, I think this is more authentic. I don't know, that's my opinion. I really liked the new cast.

If people stopped trying to be pointlessly "loyal" towards UK Skins and actually gave the US version a chance, they would realise that it actually lives up to the original...some would even argue that it exceeds it.
