Difficulty moving the Harp is not the main reason for few people playing it. The main reason so few people play the hard is the same as the main reason so few people play the Violin. It is a very difficult instument to play. There is much to learn about them as well and getting the handling done carefully.She did a perfect job of playing it. Slowing it down a bit would have been nice, but I could not have done better myself ^_^

It does. Depending on how many strings you have and also how well your tuning ear is, it could take between 30 minutes to an hour. :<
