Shouldn't you push the opponent's head down at you chin level so their body can be arched properly to deliver full power? That's what I was taught.

Hard to know where to start!

1: Her body position and guard is off. The block (Sawk bung) is loose, a heavy punch would knock her own arm into her head and turn her body.

2: The "straight punches" (Mat Dtrong) from him are about a foot short of her head, no-one is going to punch you like that.

3: "Straight knees" (Khao Dtrong) have no arm action.

4: "Hook knees" (Khao Dtee) have no body pivot (although she does hop out properly).

Also at 2:50 she looks like she broke a nail.
