I don't see what the big deal is. I'm running 3 1/2" Suspension lift on my S10 pickup, running 33.7x12.50R15 mud terrains on her, and even with the snorkel, I'm not losing anything. I'm pretty sure it's not cause of your Snorkel. I'm runnin' the same set up. Small lift, though much bigger tires than yours. And you are losing power cause your "Snorkel" isn't even a snorkel. It's supposed to come out from under the hood.

I went to Off Road Wear House about getting a lift for my 1996 chevy blazer he said they don't make a lift kit that works or fits right and i messes up the SUV.
You know the consistency of the bottom, you don't need to ease er that much. You could of put her in a bit faster without having to worry about water resistance.

1994 was around the time the body style change for the s10 and s15.1995 was when the s10 blazer and s15 jimmy changes styles. they also had the full size k5 blazers and jimmy these only had two door look very similar to the suburban. k5 was replace by the Tahoe,Yukon 96 even though they made k5 up till 99. If im wrong please correct me i want to know a little more info.
i have a 1997 blazer with stock 30's... i believe if you have a 2'' lift turning shouldnt be a problem with 31's...i would definately check that out..
