  • Wonderful!

  • Just saw him last night here in Akron, OH.....This guy tore the house down....A solid 3 hrs of playing.....Plus he had his original '54 Custom Les Paul he played in the '70's......Just got it back i believe last week....My girlfriend had tears in her eyes with a huge smile on her face....Yeah, i guess that means he did it right !

  • WOA he really does get better with time!!!!

  • A more beautiful song from that era, there just may not be. The Steel Guitar ads a great feel and mood.

  • Before "Frampton Comes Alive" or Humble Pie, he was a sessions guitarist who played with some of the top rock/metal acts of that period. It kinda sucks that he got caught up in the record company mass marketing hype machine, as it hurt his credibility as an artist. To me, he's a great songwriter who is one of those rare individuals that was just born to play guitar. I'm glad to see that he's still out there, recording and touring. The world needs more Peter Frampton...

  • Frampton possibly one of the greatest

Did have the frampton comes alive on a Lp until my 18 month old daughter got hold of it many moons ago. Have just down loaded from ITunes. Still sounds fab .

  • Woo Hoo !!! Great !!! :)

  • Wonderfully !!!!!!!!!!! , His voice has no difference from the year 1976 .

  • I ´ve watched this video everyday,day after day,I love this song.

  • Great song, I'm going to see PF this weekend and he's playing the entire set list from Frampton Comes Alive--can't wait.

  • Peter Frampton sigue estando entre los mejores del rock

  • So, why? Where did you go?? Of corse you do not have to answer..Where or why were you? You are as fantastic as your were n the beginning. Love your come back! < ))

  • seeing him in Oct first time I am 50 I am so damn excited.....missed all the early days...doesn't matter I'm so happy to get the chance

  • Where Have All The Good Times Gone ..... Listen ..... There Still With Us .... Nice Video - Kenny "Coolriff747" McNally ~

  • So true , nobody sounds like him. What a monster guitarman.

  • epico e sublime...Peter ti voglio bene

  • epico e sublime...Peter ti voglio bene

  • This was a great performance by Peter. Too bad we lost Bob Mayo in 2004 while on Tour with Peter in Europe. Bob was a great musician in his own right. Supllying some of the most memorable keyboards parts to the great Frampton Comes Alive album as well as some rick solid rhythm guitar.

  • This is such a fantastic version of this song.

  • As a now old man, I recall growing up listening to Frampton Comes Alive until I had nearly worn out the groves on the LP.

Today, Mr Frampton has what I see as more passion than ever about his music, and this song never fails to sweeten a spot in my own heart. As much as I welcome the chance to see him live, I would give my left arm just to shake his hand. An artist, humanitarian, and genuine good soul. Peace be always with you, Mr Frampton!

  • Geez, that was freekenzi awsome!!

  • Saw Peter in Manchester a couple of days ago. One of the best experiences in my life. His rendition of "Lines on My Face" in a fairly small,& therefore quite intimate venue was superb. More mellow than in this video. As soon as he played the first chords I responded like "jazzbassplayer"...the tears began to flow. This isn't the only Peter Frampton song that moves me & I can't explain the emotion this song in particular brings out in me EVERY time I hear it,but it always does!

  • Wow, Brent Mason as your rhythm guitar player, what an honor.

  • Manos dulces Frampton, es embriagador el sonido de su guitarra, magistral.

  • Maybe the most beautiful guitar song ever recorded. IMO...

  • The man with a child in his eyes ...

  • Brings back So Many great memories of growing up. This song is timeless and quite frankly has reduced me to tears...

  • EPIC Frampton

  • One of my all time favourite songs from the:" Frampton Comes Alive" dbl albums. In this video Peter is backed by a very superb band. He has still got that melodic touch on the guitar considering his age. A true professional. Thank you for uploading this vid. I have yet to see him in concert.

  • BEAUTIFUL - Peter has such a great JAZZ background as well as rock. Blessings!

  • Awesome performance

  • Wow! That is one of the best versions of this song since the Frampton Comes Alive. Finally (with the exception of Bassist John Regan) he is with Peter's caliber of musicians. His Touring band now is very apparently lagging behind peter in terms of talent and experience. In fact, I'd go so far to say that the Band he put together for Frampton Comes Alive 2 in San Francisco (Mayo/Regan/Robinson) is by far his best touring band since the first Frampton Comes Alive record. That was a great show!

  • And he got all dressed up for the gig too!

  • Incredible version. The instrumentation in this is just superb. Love the addition of the steel guitar. It fits the song so well.

  • @gtchez The steel is amazingly understated and beautiful.

  • Absolutely the best of everything all in one video.

    Great!
