Nice licks mate and I agree with the guy below Blues doesn't get enough recognition, he has his own way of playing and he has some real taste licks, track 5 on poison crack a smile has a man outro lick in the solo, I have no idea what the hell he's playing on that bit. Nice stuff.
You're right about Saraceno not getting enough recognition- my first guitar was a Samick Blues Saraceno TV-20 and I never thought much of it! Now I'm really interested, any suggested listenings?
it is nice to see someone focusing on more soulfull playing instead of all shred. I give you props for that. it is hard to get the groove feel that Blues Sareceno gets but keep it bluesy and you are halfway there.
Good is it can really get the sounds he gets in songs likek cool #9 and when he plays bluesy stuff..bad is i can't get a distortion like Surfing or summer song (yet)...it is very noisy on the distortion channel of an amp, but good on clean channel of my amp, runs out of batteries pretty quick
Well that's b/c u r supposed 2 use it on the clean channel! Satch used it for Surfing AND Summer Song in a concert I went to recently, and it sounded AMAZING!
