I use Windows Movie Maker, but I'm sure there are other programs.

I took the clips from the movie I liked, put them on a timeline, added music, and poof. Instant Fan-Vid. Don't forget to stir afterwards.

okay, from the clip you are using, trim off a small bit of it, and set the Video Effects to 'Fade out to white' If the clip is already short, you cn just put 'Fade out to white'

actually its not from lord of the rings its from Requiem for a dream this is a remix for the lord of the rings called Requiem for two towers. Clint Manshell composed it too.
